Dear one and all,
Here we are heading towards the end of the year and so we would like to tell you about a few festive things we have happening. It would be great to see you at one or more of them and please let friends and family know.
On November 26th at the V&A Museum of Childhood, in Bethnal Green, Harriette will be selling our books and CD’s at the Christmas Designer Market. Please pop by to say hello and stock up on some early Christmas presents from 10am till 5pm.
December 2nd sees the band playing their now traditional Christmas Concert at our home in Exmouth Market. There are two shows, 11.30am and 2pm and tickets are going fast!
On December 3rd we have been asked to play at the very first Greenwich Winter Time Festival. They have an exciting array of acts and Christmas goodies so please take a look. Were on at 11.50am
We will be having the last of the year’s sing-alongs in the Exmouth Market Centre with the band on December 20th and a solo Mrs H on December 21st. Please come along and have one last song before the years out!
2017 has been a fantastic year for the Sing-along band with many highlights to sing and dance about.
It got off to a cracking start with the release of our first ever songbook, “Mrs H sings”, which in turn lead onto to a marvellous Arts Council supported tour.
The summer was jam packed with festivals all over the country and culminated in the grand finale at the National Theatre Riverside Stage.
Throughout this time we have kept alive our regular sing-alongs at The Exmouth Market Centre, which never seem to stop growing.
There are some lovely things in the pipeline for next year but most important of all we have started writing some new material for our new album.
As ever, none of this would be possible without the audience that come and support us wherever we play. They are the reason we do this and we would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and hope we get to see you in 2018!
